About me
My name is Rynn Mills, and I am a trained birth doula serving the Rhode Island and Connecticut areas. I knew birth work was right for me because I have always had a naturally calming demeanor, gentle hands, and a nurturing personality. I am extremely passionate about protecting the sacred space around my clients throughout their pregnancy; helping them give birth confidently and their babies make grand entries into this world with serenity and peace.
I am trained in prenatal support, labor and delivery, lactation support, and infant care. It would be my absolute honor to be your guiding moonlight: always there to help you navigate the ebbs and flows of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

I offer comprehensive doula services tailored to meet your unique needs, including prenatal care, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, and newborn care. At Moon and Tide Birth Services, I'm here to advocate for you and your baby every step of the way.
Prenatal care
Comprehensive prenatal care, including regular check-ins, screenings, and personalized advice. Prenatal visit(s) will help prepare you for the intense emotional and physical sensations of pregnancy and birth. We'll build your birth plan, discuss expectations, how we can advocate for you and your baby, and answer all your questions.
Labor & delivery
Continuous supportive care during labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and empowering birthing experience. I will act as your advocate and provide comfort measures. I'll help you navigate any environment you choose to give birth in, support any way you choose to give birth, and protect your birth experience.
Postpartum care
Postpartum care for both mother and baby, including lactation support and wellness check-ins. Postpartum visit(s) will help you to process your birth experience. You'll receive a detailed birth timeline, answers to your questions about birth experience or baby care, and lactation support as needed.
